Exchange, Returns & Refunds

As a company policy we do not provide refund/exchange on any product sold.

We take at most care by quality checking before shipping of the product.

However, if you claim any damage, we would require a parcel opening video to get the replacement of the product and please inform us within 4-7 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at support@udaze.in with order number, full name, address and video of the damaged product and our team will contact you within 2-4 business days and will guide you through the process of the product replacement.
